Richboro has many things to offer upon your arrival to the area. It is a large community that has a small-town feel. As you travel to our community along Almshouse Road, you will find some of Bucks County's beautiful tree-lined roads, rolling grassy areas, and many farms. One farm, in particular, Tanner Bros., is well known for its farm-grown produce, farm milk (their chocolate milk is like no other), homemade baked goods such as pies and donuts, and their famous homemade ice cream. But be sure to also check out the J. Walter Rook & Sons farm. Their corn is out of this world!

Further down, Almshouse Road becomes Newtown Richboro Road. You will pass by Northampton Civic Center where the youth of the area practice and play many sports including soccer, football, and baseball. You will also pass Northampton Country Club which offers golf, tennis, and a fitness club as well as a party rental facility that hosts weddings, graduation parties, proms, and other special occasion events.

The next landmark that you must visit in Richboro is Addisville Reformed church. It is the oldest church in Northampton Township dating back to 1710. It is not only aesthetically beautiful, but it offers a number of activities for families to get involved with. There is also St Vincent de Paul Church and Ohev Shalom of Bucks County to meet the needs of various religions.

Now, everybody gets hungry and thankfully, there is a large variety of eating establishments in Richboro ranging from upscale restaurants to casual dining. For those looking to dress up and spend the evening enjoying top-notch entrees, you might want to stop by Uva. Their Italian cuisine is delizioso!! And breakfast time calls for a stop in Jakes Eatery, and get the morning special.

For a casual night out, go watch the football game with Richboro locals and head over to 59 Almshouse. There you can sit outside on the patio enjoying the fire and cheering on your favorite team. If you just want to be very casual and get a great meal, you can pop in the local Big Heads and have a drink and relax.

The Richboro community is not only comprised of warm and welcoming people of all races, religions, and nationalities, we pride ourself in nurturing the community in many ways. First, the Council Rock School district is Richboro's highly ranked, Blue ribbon school system. There are 10 Elementary schools and 6 Secondary schools. The schools offer numerous sports teams for students to join as well as a large variety of clubs and activities. In addition, fall is a busy time in Richboro with a variety of community events. Northampton Township hosts Northampton Days every September at Richboro Middle School. At this event, you can enjoy the Northampton Days parade along with an outside flea market filled with a variety of vendors selling their specialty crafts and delicious foods. In October, the township hosts a Night Out at the end of Fire Prevention week where families can visit the local fire stations and enjoy fire prevention demonstrations, view the fire equipment up close, and try on gear worn by the fireman. There are a number of other events that can be viewed on the Bucks County Live website. Overall, you must come and visit us in Richboro--you will be glad that you did.
